Glutinous Rice Primer

Definition:

This product is formulated with added glutinous rice active essence, featuring a fresh and healthy scent. It adopts room-temperature crosslinking technology and a full-effect alkali-resistant formula. The crosslinking technology effectively improves film compactness and bonding strength, enhancing adhesion between the topcoat and base surface. The alkali-resistant formula comprehensively prevents alkali seepage from cement-based walls, resolving common issues like peeling, mildew, blooming, and yellowing, while keeping walls durably beautiful.

Substrate Requirements:

1.The substrate shall be cured completely and well-dried, with moisture content less than 10% and pH value (acidity-alkalinity) less than 10.

2.The substrate shall be solid, dry, flat, clean, free of floating dust and oil stains.

Environmental Requirements:

The ambient and base surface temperature shall be between 5-35℃, and the environmental humidity shall not exceed 85%.

Curing Cycle:

Surface drying time: 2h at 25℃,Recoating time: 4h at 25℃.(Drying and recoating times may vary with ambient temperature and humidity.)

Construction Method:

It is recommended to dilute with 10%-20% water (adjust according to wall water absorption rate and ambient temperature/humidity), stir thoroughly, and apply by brush, roller, or spray.

Notes:

1. The packaging barrel must be tightly closed and placed out of reach of children.

2. Please wear protective glasses and gloves when using the product. If it is accidentally stained, rinse with plenty of water immediately. If you feel unwell, please seek medical attention in time.

3. When disposing of product waste, it should comply with local environmental protection standards.

4. Apply evenly and avoid missing any spots.

Coating area: Theoretically, 12-14㎡/L should be coated. The actual coating area will vary depending on the construction method and the degree of surface roughness.

Shelf life: 36 months

Environmental requirements: The ambient and base surface temperature should be between 5-35°C, and the ambient humidity should not exceed 85%.
