Basement membrane peeled? Is wallpaper peeling off? Is Wall cloth warped? Is it the base film or the glue?

If the firmness of the wall is not up to standard, the basement film will peel and fall off.
Detection method:
1. "Wetting method": Wet part of the wall, and observe whether the surface layer of the putty or latex paint wall is loose, peeling, or hollow, peeling, etc. after ten minutes. Such a wall needs to be re-treated.
2. "Touch by hand": rub the wall with your hand to check whether there is powder falling off.
3. "Tape test method": Use a wide transparent tape (8-10cm width), pull it up vertically after the latex paint wall is compacted, and observe the latex paint brought up on the wide tape. (Only for walls with no dust on the surface)
