How To Use Wall Interface Agent？

The method of using the wall interface agent is:

1. The environment needs to be dry: the construction environment must be dry, the relative humidity should be less than 70%, and the ventilation should be good. The temperature of the base surface and the environment should not be lower than +5°C.

2. Clean the wall: Clean up the peeling and lose parts of the wall, fill it with cement mortar, shovel off the residual ash, and then sweep the wall.

3. Treatment of the original cracks: cut the cracks with a putty knife, make them as deep as possible, and fill them with caulking plaster. Note that it must be filled and filled evenly. Then use kraft paper to paste the place where the cracks appear, and then putty or do other processing after drying.

4. Stirring: cement: sand: interface agent = 1:2:0.5 ratio mixing and stirring evenly, electric equipment must be used for stirring, stirring into a uniform slurry.

5. Brushing and drying: Use a roller or brush to paint the slurry onto the base surface without missing a brush, then let the painted surface dry for about 12 hours.

6. Maintenance and finished product protection: Ventilation must be strengthened, and natural maintenance is enough. After the slurry is hard-dried and the base surface is completely sealed, the subsequent process can be carried out.

7. Cleaning of tools: the solidified slurry is difficult to remove. After the tool is used, it should be cleaned with water as soon as possible.
